This is our masterpiece: designed for utter enjoyment in maximum safety.
The magnetic pulley is designed to cope with extreme weather conditions such as rain, ice or strong winds. The magnets withstand high temperatures - up to 60 °C - without the risk of becoming demagnetized.
All components are tested for resistance to wear and tear, so maintenance is minimal.
There are two coupling slots: one is the main carrier and the other is for safety.
They are rounded for added strength and maximum alignment with the carabiner.
The engaging holes are positioned for maximum grip on even steep cables.
Design of the pulley
The result of years of testing. The pulley is suitable for all types of cable; it runs silently and retains maximum grip even in rain, snow, ice or sand. Thanks to its characteristics and design, it can be used at any time of year.
The Magnetic Pulley makes the operator's job simpler and quicker:
- works on both fast and slow cables
- works with any weight between 30 and 150 kg
- no need to change the pulley according to the slope's steepness and the rider's weight, as happens with all other Ziplines
- considerable time and money savings

Thanks to the magnetic pulley technology, Zipline riders are not even aware of braking. As riders approach the end of the run, braking will be gradual and the speed will progressively decrease. Riders do not have to worry about braking: it's all done by the pulley, considerably improving levels of safety, enjoyment and comfort.
Anti-tamper adjustment key
We work constantly to raise safety standards, focusing on every single component of our Ziplines. In line with this vision, we have created an anti-tamper adjustment key for the Magnetic Pulley, which can be accessed only by the operators.
